AccreditationKit is an independent provider; our templates do not reproduce copyrighted ISO/IEC standard text.
1.5 Disclaimers of Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TEMPLATES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ACCREDITATIONKIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

- Edit, adapt, and customize the templates for the internal accreditation and quality-management purposes of one (1) legal entity — the purchasing organization or, if purchased by an individual practitioner, the one client organization for which the kit is explicitly purchased;
- Use the customized documents as part of your management system, internal audits, and accreditation assessment activities.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the template kit or any derivative of it to any third party;
- Share, publish, post, or otherwise make the template files — edited or unedited — publicly available (e.g., on shared drives, public repositories, or document-sharing platforms) in a form that allows third-party download or reuse;
- Use the templates as the basis for a competing product, documentation service, consulting deliverable, or any other offering made available to external customers;
- Remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or licensing notices embedded in the documents.
2.3 Consultants & Multi-Client Use
If you are a consultant, auditor, or service provider who wishes to use a template kit across multiple client organizations, you must purchase a separate kit license for each organization, or contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] to discuss a multi-client license arrangement.
2.4 No Endorsement
Delivery of a template kit does not constitute AccreditationKit's endorsement of, or opinion about, your organization's compliance with any standard or accreditation body requirement. Customization, implementation, and compliance are solely your responsibility.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Nature of Digital Goods
AccreditationKit sells digital document templates that are delivered by instant download immediately upon successful payment. Because these products are intangible digital goods that are fully accessible at the moment of purchase, all sales are generally considered final.
3.2 Satisfaction & Defect Remedy
We stand behind the quality of our kits. If you believe you have received a defective or materially misdescribed product — for example, a kit described as covering ISO/IEC 17025 that does not in fact contain the documents listed on its product page — please contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] within [PLACEHOLDER: e.g., 14 days] of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by, or approved by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), or any national accreditation body including but not limited to A2LA, ANAB, UKAS, DAkkS, NATA, or PJLA. Use of standard designations (e.g., "ISO/IEC 17025") is for descriptive and informational purposes only.
