About AccreditationKit
Documentation templates built by people who've been through the assessment.
We're an independent provider of accreditation documentation kits. No affiliation with any accreditation body or standards organization — just practitioners who've spent time in quality systems, assessment preparation, and the documentation grind.
Who we are
AccreditationKit was built by practitioners with direct experience preparing conformity-assessment bodies for accreditation under ISO/IEC 17025, 17020, 17024, 17034, and 17043. Our authors have [PLACEHOLDER: e.g., "over X combined years"] of hands-on experience building management systems, conducting internal audits, navigating initial assessments, and responding to nonconformities — for real organizations operating in regulated industries.
We are not a consulting firm, an accreditation body, or a standards publisher. AccreditationKit is an independent product business. We publish template kits; you customize them, implement the system, and engage your own accreditation body when you're ready.
[PLACEHOLDER: Add 1–2 sentences about founding story, location, or any verifiable credentials you want to feature — e.g., lead assessor experience, specific accreditation bodies your authors have worked with, industries served, number of organizations helped.]
Important — Independence notice
AccreditationKit is an independent provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by ISO, IEC, ILAC, IAF, A2LA, UKAS, ANAB, PJLA, or any other accreditation body or standards organization. "ISO" and the text of ISO/IEC standards are the property of the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission. Our templates are original works written to address the requirements of those standards — they do not reproduce copyrighted standard text.
Our approach
Every kit is designed around one question: what does an assessor need to see on assessment day?
Clause-mapped from the start
Every document in a kit is tagged to the clause or sub-clause it satisfies. When your assessor asks "where does your system address 6.2.2?", you point to a document — not a spreadsheet cross-reference you built at midnight.
Customize and adopt, not copy and paste
Templates are structured with inline instructions and [YOUR ORG] placeholders so customization is guided, not guesswork. You fill in how your lab actually works; we supply the compliant skeleton.
Written to what assessors expect to see
Our authors have been on both sides of the assessment table. The documents are written with the audit evidence mindset — the kinds of records, indexes, and logs that lead assessors to a finding-free conclusion.
Scope-ready, not generic
A quality manual written for "any lab" satisfies no assessor. Our kits are scoped to specific standards and, where applicable, specific industries — so the language, examples, and controls match your context.
Who we help
Our kits are used by conformity-assessment bodies preparing for initial accreditation, surveillance, or re-accreditation.
Testing & Calibration Laboratories
From cannabis and environmental scopes to metrology and calibration — labs that need a documented management system and technical records their assessor can follow.
Inspection Bodies
Type A, B, and C inspection bodies that need impartiality documentation, inspection procedures, and a system that satisfies accreditation body requirements.
Certification Bodies
Personnel certification programs that need scheme documentation, examination processes, and records to demonstrate competence to their accreditation body.
Reference Material Producers
RMPs building the documentation infrastructure to produce and certify reference materials to a recognized standard.
Proficiency Testing Providers
PT providers who need the management system, statistical plan, and participant-handling procedures to run accredited schemes.
Industry-Specific Scopes
We package the same rigor with scope-specific language for verticals where the regulatory overlay matters as much as the standard itself.
Purchase does not guarantee accreditation
These are documentation tools, not accreditation outcomes. Accreditation decisions are made exclusively by your chosen accreditation body based on an assessment of your implemented system. Whether your organization achieves accreditation depends on your implementation, your scope, your competence evidence, and your assessor's findings — factors outside AccreditationKit's control. We help you get your documentation in order; the rest is up to you and your accreditation body.
